86e5f3ed2e [cleanup] Upgrade syntax 
Using https://github.com/asottile/pyupgrade

1. `__future__` imports and `coding: utf-8` were removed
2. Files were rewritten with `pyupgrade --py36-plus --keep-percent-format`
3. f-strings were cherry-picked from `pyupgrade --py36-plus`

Extractors are left untouched (except removing header) to avoid unnecessary merge conflicts

582be35847 Update coding style after pycodestyle 2.1.0 
In pycodestyle 2.1.0, E305 was introduced, which requires two blank
lines after top level declarations, too.

It would print the debug headers for each test.
And nose uses a StringIO object for stdout, which in python 2.x doesn't have the 'encoding' attribute.

22a6f15061 Move playlist tests to extractors. 
From now on, test_download will run these tests. That means we benefit not only from the networking setup in there, but also from the other tests (for example test_all_urls to find problems with _VALID_URLs).

e8ee972c6e Allow playlist test definitions in test_download. 
This moves playlist tests where they belong, i.e. to the extractors themselves.
Additionally, all our network interaction configuration for tests in test_download now applies to playlist tests as well.
